Step 1: Login to Your Admin Panel
Open your website and enter your secure password. You'll see a clean dashboard with two options:
- Open Waiver Form - Create a new waiver
- View Waivers - Browse saved waivers
Step 2: Fill Out Customer Information
The form auto-populates today's date and time. You just need to enter:
- Customer name, address, phone, email
- Driver's license information
- Vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN, plate)
- Service information (pickup, destination, reason)
- Any pre-existing damage notes
Takes about 2-3 minutes to complete.
Step 3: Customer Initials Acknowledgments
There are 5 acknowledgment boxes that MUST be initialed:
